In 2020, Bac Giang leds the nation in the average GRDP growth rate. Bac Giang is also benefiting from the policies of US and Japan to move factories from China to other countries. Therefore, the province is always busy like a great construction site, with layers of factories and production facilities sprung up.
Therefore, some new urban area should be planned modernly and synchronously in term of technical, social infrastructure with the citizen’s demand. To improve transparency and efficiency in land use, the province intends to organize auctions of land use rights and biddings to find qualified investors.
On March 25th 2021, Bac Giang’s Auction Service Center organized an auction to find the investor for 24.191 sqm land of the commercial residential construction project no. 1 belonging to Walking Street, Southern Bac Giang Urban Area. This was conducted through direct sealed-bid auction. After 11 rounds, Hai Phat Land became the auction winner against other 6 qualified bidders.
